The Education and Faith Growth Team shall consist of at least three members and an elected chair. The elected chair is responsible for recruitment of team members as needed. This team supports the ministry of St. Paul by focusing on the education and faith growth of all age groups. This team is responsible for the following functional areas, including, but not limited to:
a. Coordination of Sunday school (K-adult) and recruitment of teachers, ordering educational materials, presentation of Rally Day, recruitment of students, calling teachers’ planning meetings, and ordering and presenting Bibles.
b. Coordination of first communion and confirmation programs, supervision of requirements, recommendation of confirmands to Council, coordination of retreats (if applicable), and the purchase gifts and certificates.
c. Planning and presentation of Christmas play in conjunction with the Music Director.
d. Coordination of the annual Easter Egg Hunt.
e. Sunday school teacher installation and Sunday school recognition.
f. Maintenance of the church library and video resources.
g. Coordination of Vacation Bible School.
h. Oversight of the Sprankle Scholarship Fund.
i. Coordination of recognition of high school and college graduates.
j. Youth activities for grades K-12

l. Prayer Partner activities
m. Camp scholarships
n. Souper Bowl Day of Caring
o. Encouragement of youth leadership
