Established by the late John B. Sprankle, a faithful congregant of St. Paul Lutheran Church, the endowment for the memorial scholarship generates earned income annually. The earned income, in turn, funds scholarships for St. Paul members and their immediate families for post-high school education—be it college, university, graduate or professional school, business school, vocational or technical school.

To be considered for scholarship funds, applicants should complete the below applications and submit by July 31. Scholarship awards will be divided equally among all successful applicants in a given year. The pool of funds to be awarded will depend on the amount of earned income available for the year. Scholarship committee members are Roger Williams, Randy Wills, and Tom Harner.
